Why might you need a second photographer?
Did your guest list quadruple since you started planning? Will you have several events happening at the same time in different locations? A second photographer ensures maximum coverage for your celebration. You’ll get more angles, more faces and more time.
Wedding Albums! Once your wedding gallery is delivered, you can order your very own custom wedding album through the gallery shop. Customize which images are included, your cover and album size. Prices vary on size, scale & availability.
Travel & Accommodation. Weddings come in all shapes and sizes - which also applies to destinations! If your wedding falls outside the Sea to Sky Corridor (Horseshoe Bay to Pemberton) or BC’s Lower Mainland, travel and accommodation fees may be applied to your wedding coverage quote. Gondola fees, ferry tickets, parking fees and other costs incurred on the way to, or during, are also considered extra costs.

Why is a non-refundable deposit required to book your wedding coverage? Dates are valuable in the wedding business; saving a date for you means turning away other client inquiries. A deposit ensures that the photographer’s day rate is covered in the case of cancellation and the client is guaranteed their reserved date.
How does it work for meals and seating at the reception? Photographing a wedding of 6 hours or more does require a meal at reception, or the opportunity to take a break to obtain a meal away from the venue. Ideally, I’m seated with your guests in a spot where I can still capture candid moments during meal time. I strongly recommend that I’m scheduled to eat at the same time as you, not only to ensure spontaneous moments like speeches aren’t missed, but also because no one likes having their photos taken with a mouthful of food!
How long until you can get your photos? I will try my best to send you a few sneaky peeks within a day or two of your wedding - with the remaining gallery sent within 2-3 weeks of your wedding date. You will receive a passcode protected link to an online gallery, which you can share with friends and family - it will allow viewing, downloading of files and ordering of assorted prints direct from the website. In the case of late payment, image editing will only begin as soon as full payment is received.
