Do you have a friend/family member/host who will be a point of contact on your wedding day in case I need to get in touch before coverage starts?
Are there specific parking instructions I should be aware of prior to arrival at any of the day's locations?
This could be wedding party photos, family photos or a first look. Is this a different location from your ceremony?
Ceremony Start Time
I aim to capture the key moments of your day and the process of your ceremony. However - there may be a special event or detail during your ceremony that needs to be noted. For example, surprises in the wedding procession, pets being included, special signs, etc.
Would you like to do the formal 'family/friends photo' session following your ceremony? Did you have a particular location in mind or am I free to pick the best spot nearest the ceremony?
Start with one side, listing the different groupings/variations for each photo that you would like. Then list the same for your partner's side. You can include their relationship to you if you'd like - but names are essential so I can call them out when people are missing. Friends are family too! If you'd rather do groupings with your specific guests, we can also include those groups on the list. This is a very customizable part of your day. If you only want a few formal family photos, that's great! If you have a very specific list with lots of variations - that's also great! We can also do larger group photos of both sides. Keep in mind that it will average 2-5 minutes per grouping. *If there's a very large group (25+) then we should chat about a location where I can get above or below the group for optimal photos. This might also be best to take right after the ceremony while everyone is still in one spot. I've found that family members often expect this part of the day - so it's a great time to get some photos with extended family and then focus on the wedding party/reception without worrying about missing someone later on.
1. Do you have a wedding party? If yes, is there a specific place you'd like to do the wedding party photos? 2. For photos of just the two of you - did you have any specific locations in mind or poses that are 'must-haves'? 3. Are we leaving the ceremony location for photos? How much time will we have before you are expected back at your reception?
Please include any additional events that may be scheduled within your photo coverage time so that I can plan to be in the right spot at the right time!
If there's anything else that may need to be noted/included on your wedding day - please use the space below to provide those details.
Thank you!
